If the DOW goes below 8,000, what can we do?

So far, all the evil bailouts have been telling us they will stabilize the stock markets and help Financials to recover. But the reality is that the evil bailouts have achieved nothing in such direction!

The DOW has been falling since early Jan and now we are approaching another new downturn. Unemployment has been rising without any hint of any improvement. Housing is still a dead fish and it is becoming more and more stinky. My God, what's the point of pouring trillions of dollars into the pockets of the devils in Wall Street?

It's difficult to avoid mentioning the new Obama administration. But let's be realistic: can you honestly expect the new administration to do a miracle? Again, I haven't yet learnt any concrete plan to turnaround the economy. Yes, maybe there are lots of comforting words, generalizations, well-intended gestures... and perhaps, they are what people really need in times of despair!

The harsh world of recession, unemployment, business failures, huge losses in investments or speculations, endless credit defaults ... are all sitting outside the Ivory Tower where the new Obama administration will lead the US and the rest of the world to meet the great challenges facing us. I may be dumb but I am not naive nor stupid. I knew things won't work as promised.

If you look at the cheers for the new administration with a little more critical eye, you may agree that this may turn out to be a repeat of the good old story of "The Emperor's new Dress." It's just like a superstar concert! The audience is charmed by the superstar and they can sing and dance with their star for days and nights. But when the emotions cool down, the curtain has to fall!

If the DOW still has any senses, then I'm afraid we can only hope to see a short-lived rally and no more. If the DOW falls below 8,000 again, what can we do? This is the question that I have been asking since 2009. What we can do but to sit here and suffer more losses?

Ordinary guys always pay the price for the evils done by Wall Street.

God why have you forsaken us? Why are you doing nothing?
