Can anyone tell me what's happening in the financial industry now? What's happening to Bear Stearns now? What will follow? How bad is the financial or credit crisis? Why is JPM involved in funding BSC now? Does that mean other financial giants can't help? What will happen to China Citic's interest? We must not have another blow to overseas investments by Chinese companies. Lenovo's experience with IBM is enough!
I think the US Government must take full and tight control over the US financial and securities industry now. If one day we hear BSC can survive despite rumors about its liquidity and the next we can hear an entirely different story, what credibility is left in the system? My God, who is in charge of the financial and securities industry in US?
It seems everything so far done by the Fed and the US Government to rescue is absolutely useless and the recent rally in the markets is a big mistake.
I am not pessimistic but if the crisis in US continues like this, I don't think we have any choice but to QUIT the equity market and withdraw our US investments.
